Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at MASRAWY FINE EGYPTIAN CATERING. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative pastry dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Supervise and train pastry staff to ensure high-quality dishes
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal menus and promotions
  • Ensure that all pastry dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastry dishes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
