Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at MASRAWY FINE EGYPTIAN CATERING. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pastry team and creating delicious desserts for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pastry team to ensure high-quality desserts are produced.
  • Develop and implement new dessert menus and recipes.
  • Supervise and train pastry chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
