Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of collaboration and communication required.
