Job Summary
Sarab Cargo Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team information flow, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and up-to-date.
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain office procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
- Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring that all relevant documents are easily accessible.
- Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment.
Work Environment
