Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Fire Chief, Administration to join our Fire Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the department's administration and operations teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the department's goals and objectives;
  • Provide direction and oversight to the administration and operations teams;
  • Manage and oversee the department's budget and resources;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including city staff, community partners, and emergency management agencies;

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience in fire services administration and operations;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software;
  • Familiarity with Computer Assisted Dispatch systems and their capabilities;
