About the Role
As a psychiatrist with East Kootenay Regional Hospital, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient units, and community-driven initiatives. Your expertise will be sought after to develop and implement holistic treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of patients across all age groups.
Your Key Responsibilities
•Provide psychiatric services in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient units, and community-driven initiatives.
•Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of patients across all age groups.
•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, tailored care for patients.
•Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive meaningful improvements in patient care and outcomes.
What We Offer
•Total compensation between $400,000-600,000 through fee-for-service billings, sessional contracts, and MOCAP level 2.
•Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
