About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Clareville Foods Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and ensure that all food is handled and presented in a way that meets the highest standards of customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
