The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or similar role, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining inventory, and setting up filing systems.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills. Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support, we encourage you to apply.
