Executive Assistant Role

Everwind Fuels is a leading organization in the renewable energy sector, striving to create sustainable energy solutions through green hydrogen and green ammonia. As a fast-paced and dynamic company, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team in Halifax, NS.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing information flow and facilitating communication
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items for meetings
  • Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records, both physical and electronic
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Coordinating and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
