Credit Services Lead

As a Credit Team Lead, you will oversee multi-division accounts and lead a team of Credit Service Coordinators at Miller Paving Limited (HO). Your key responsibility will be to ensure all processes and deadlines are being met.
You will be responsible for coaching and performance management of your team, working in a cross-functional manner through continuous interaction with multiple departments. Strong customer service and team collaboration skills are essential for this role.
On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the team's performance, assist with problem-solving, and maintain credit hold lists, AR collections, and account monitoring. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving credit limit increases/decreases, and recommending third-party services for collections, litigations, and construction lien claims.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in construction or manufacturing
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) software
- Direct experience in assessing credit risk
- Strong analytical ability to reconcile accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- CCP designation or two years enrolled in CCP program considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
