Job Title: Credit Services Manager

As a key member of our Credit Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of multi-division accounts and leading a team of Credit Service Coordinators. You will report directly to the Corporate Credit Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring all processes and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and manage the performance of your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any escalations or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain credit hold lists, AR collections, and approve credit limit increases or decreases as necessary.
  • Monitor accounts and provide recommendations for collections, litigations, construction lien, and labour & material bond claims.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) software.
  • Direct experience in assessing credit risk.
  • Strong analytical skills to reconcile accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
  • CCP designation or two years enrolled in CCP program considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
