Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment to enhance the culinary experience for our guests.
- Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Create innovative and delicious recipes to showcase our culinary expertise.
- Train and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and weddings.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Consult with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Plan menus and ensure that food meets the highest quality standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances to ensure their safety and satisfaction.
- Recruit and hire staff to join our dynamic team.
- Supervise and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality dishes.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
