Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Assistant Manager to lead our Emergency Response team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) site.
Responsibilities:- Ensure all security operations and administrative directives conform to policies and procedures set out by TMMC, Securitas Canada Ltd. and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Lead and support the ERT during emergency situations including but not limited to: fire, medical, spill and threat.
- Respond on foot, by Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) or S/AM vehicle to emergency situations, conduct scene assessment and co-ordinate appropriate response of ERT with local emergency services as required.
- Conduct comprehensive handover brief to oncoming S/AM during shift change to ensure all pertinent information is passed on.
- Review S/AM emails and calendar to become acquainted with relevant information, procedural updates and upcoming events.
- Grade 12.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Law & Security, Police Foundations or equivalent Diploma from a recognized College or; progressive leadership and management experience and site training in the positions of S/TM, C/TM and FPI.
