Security Operations Manager

At MATRIC SECURITY, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Services: Coordinate and manage administrative services to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Department Management: Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff, as well as interview and hire staff.
- Reporting and Briefing: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Event Management: Manage events and ensure they are executed according to plan.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
