Security Operations Manager

At MATRIC SECURITY, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Manage department operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily activities
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services
- Manage events and ensure they are executed smoothly
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
