Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation, security, and management of our technology landscape, including hybrid cloud, server, storage services, network, telephony, and desktop.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality service for cloud, virtualization, server, SANs, VMware, mobility, firewalls, telephony, desktop, network switches, and routers.
  • Establish performance and quality standards; monitor enterprise technology services for optimal quality, performance, service level agreements, efficiencies, and maintain a high level of system availability.
  • Oversee fluid and dependable operations and system backup for all technology services, including disaster recovery and related tasks.
  • Conduct investigation, troubleshooting, and analysis, and present recommendations related to all enterprise technology services, with technology experts and business partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases through continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance to the organization in the implementation, support, and design of enterprise systems to meet OTIP's business, security, and service level requirements.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or related subject.
  • Five to seven years' experience in the administration and support of enterprise infrastructure, with server and storage systems experience with a Microsoft focus, including VMWare.
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS based) and SaaS and IaaS offerings.
  • Desired certifications: MS Azure related, MCSE designation; ITIL foundations; VMWare or equivalent work experience.
