We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Goldberg Professional Corporation. As a key member of our facilities department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to cleaning and maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture, and disinfecting surfaces.
Additionally, you will handle lost and found items, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
You will work independently with minimal supervision, but also as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 30-40 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed. You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg) and be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
