Compensation and Benefits
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility and mechanical room, ensuring optimal working conditions. Key duties include inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as industrial maintenance or facilities management, is highly desirable. Previous experience in a similar position is also beneficial.
