About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Tax Partners and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Tax Partners and teams
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage calendars, emails, and contact databases
  • Assist with proposal preparation and submission
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tax Partners and teams
Requirements
  • Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience
