Administrative Coordinator for Engineering Projects

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide engineering administrative and organizational support for a major project or multiple projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team and/or project manager/program director to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain document control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Verify that pre-established document control requirements are met throughout the project duration.
- Establish and maintain a data distribution system for the assigned project, adhering to client, project, department, and supplier requirements.
- Coordinate the retention, cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of project documents at project closeout.
- Provide assistance to users in capturing and locating electronic information.
- Perform facility tasks, including maintaining/updating office signage, coordinating fire extinguisher inspections, and coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance/inspections.
- Offer administrative support, including logistics for large gatherings and formal client meetings.
- Maintain staff qualification databases and assist with new-hire preparation.
