About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Account Executive to join our team at Toast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with restaurateurs in your local area and developing customized solutions to help their businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close, leveraging your expertise in self-sourcing clients to drive growth.
  • Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet the unique needs of each prospect, showcasing the value of Toast's restaurant platform.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities and stay ahead of the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible, with a general technical proficiency and experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
What We Offer

We strive to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that attracts and retains top talent. Our total rewards program includes a base salary, commission, and eligibility for equity and other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions, and the starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

Total Targeted Cash: $123,000—$197,000 CAD
