Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at restaurants and other foodservice establishments
- Conduct demos and presentations to showcase Toast's solutions and value proposition
- Account Management
- Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Toast's solutions to existing customers
- Business Development
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in your territory
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
- General technical proficiency with software
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
