Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Sales
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at restaurants and other foodservice establishments
    • Conduct demos and presentations to showcase Toast's solutions and value proposition
  • Account Management
    • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Toast's solutions to existing customers
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in your territory
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
