Job Title: Security Guard - Commercial Casual

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team in the Ottawa Region. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive patrols to identify and address potential security threats
  • Respond to security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide first aid and medical response when required
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
  • Write clear and detailed reports of incidents and security activities
Requirements:
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
  • Management of Aggressive Behaviour and Use of Force Certification
  • Excellent communication and observational skills
  • Ability to walk 15 - 20 km and use stairs in a single shift
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination preferred
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
