Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to prevent and respond to incidents
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies and security breaches
- Write reports and investigate routine incidents
- De-escalate situations involving conflict, violence, or other security threats
- Ensure access control and maintain a secure environment
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms
- Provide patient watches and intervene in medical emergencies
- Collaborate with emergency responders, clients, and Paladin management
- 1 year of experience in security, preferably in healthcare
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
- Candidates with experience in healthcare and mental health will be given priority
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
