Security Officer

As a Security Officer with Paladin Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and employees. Your duties will include conducting security patrols, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents. You will also be responsible for gathering information, documenting incidents, and completing written reports. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct security patrols of assigned areas to ensure personal, building, and equipment security
Monitor activities and respond to incidents
Gather information, document incidents, and complete written reports
Provide excellent customer service to clients and their employees
Assist with investigations and respond to emergency situations
Requirements:
Experience in the security industry and/or related fields such as policing
Fluent in English (oral and written)
A valid Security Guard License in Ontario
A full driver's license (G License) for the province of Ontario is considered an asset
A valid certification in First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
Successful completion of the following certification(s): Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) and Use of Force (UoF)
Previous customer service related experience would be an asset
Minimum 1 year experience in Security/Loss Prevention in a retail environment
