About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mararh Transport Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technical Support: Perform data entry and provide technical support to employees as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
