- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Coordination
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Coordinate and plan meetings, appointments, and events.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative
- Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take initiative to improve office processes and procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week.
