We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Staff member at Nova Physiotherapy.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, working 32-35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

The role involves providing administrative support to our physiotherapists and other staff members, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and performing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Manage manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Prepare correspondence, forms, and documents in MS Word, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, answering telephone inquiries and responding to emails in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (not required but an asset)
  • Experience in a similar role (experience an asset)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Electronic scheduling software
  • Strong typing skills and basic math knowledge
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
