About the Role


We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Casual Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment for our students.


Key Responsibilities


Your primary duties will include:



  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of school facilities;
  • Performing various tasks as required by your supervisor or other authorized personnel;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, teachers, and other staff members;
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
  • Responding promptly to daily/weekly calls for duty;
  • Demonstrating a commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must possess:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Reliable transportation to respond to daily/weekly calls;
  • An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Search (issued within the last 6 months);
  • A willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.

Compensation and Benefits
