About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark - Cole Harbour Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts who share your drive and passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
