About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC. as an Administrative Support Specialist - Office Operations. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Office Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and productivity.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely recording of information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
