Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at PLAN IT CONSULTING INC. as an Administrative Support Specialist - Office Operations. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Office Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely recording of information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent client focus and communication skills.
