Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at a2z cleaning Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external parties.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our office operates within budget and meets financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 32.5 to 40 hours per week.
