About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Team Auctions Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support to our executives and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to assigned executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office activities, including organizing files, managing office supplies, and coordinating maintenance.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate company travel, accommodation, and other related logistics.
  • Account Management: Organize, maintain, and manage company accounts, records, documents, and files.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling office communication, and supporting clients, visitors, or staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask; excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Physical Requirements: May have to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Psychological Demands: Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.
Working Conditions

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.
