Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SAKUNTHALA CATERING INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining profitability and efficiency in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff, promoting growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
