Restaurant Manager Job Description

MAGLICIOUS is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with clients for catering or facility use.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
