Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
