- Communication and Correspondence: Respond to electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and accuracy skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
