About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Director to join our team at Apollo Convention Centre Inc. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the event process
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate is not applicable)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event operations or management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
