Executive Director of Operations

About the Role

Versailles Convention Centre Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director of Operations to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish departmental objectives and oversee resource allocation.
  • Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators and drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Establish financial controls and approve promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the convention or event management industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
