The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and responsive Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience to our valued clients, their loved ones, and healthcare practitioners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
