Job Title: Deafblind Community Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deafblind Community Services Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to individuals who are Deafblind, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of Deafblind individuals
  • Supervise and coach a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that services are aligned with the needs of Deafblind individuals and their families
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, making recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in a way that respects the autonomy and dignity of Deafblind individuals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Deafblind services setting
  • Strong knowledge of Deafblindness and its impact on individuals and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
