Food Service Team Lead

Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Domino's. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
