Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food service or a related field is an asset
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high-quality food standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
