Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules
Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
Requisition Food and Kitchen SuppliesSource and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Train Staff in Job DutiesProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Estimate Ingredient and SuppliesAccurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
Ensure Quality ControlMaintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
Prepare Budget and Cost EstimatesDevelop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
Maintain RecordsAccurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Prepare ReportsCompile and submit regular reports on restaurant operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceExperience an asset.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
