Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shiv Shakti Anpurna Limited. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet our high standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, working under pressure to meet customer demand
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player mentality
