Job Summary

Avison Young is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our Edmonton office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, including sales, marketing, and research tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain legal documents, property listings, and client records
  • Coordinate deal processing, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Conduct market research and update CRM database
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external correspondence

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
  • Advanced knowledge of business software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
