Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at TANEJA REAL ESTATE GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Perform data entry and provide customer service.
- Support the team in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
