Administrative Real Estate Coordinator

Located in our Edmonton office, this role offers a unique blend of administrative support and real estate expertise. As an Administrative Real Estate Coordinator, you will provide sales, marketing, and research support to our brokers and clients.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is suited for individuals with a passion for real estate and a background in administration. You will work closely with agents on various initiatives and special projects, maintaining records of correspondence for property listings and updating client reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation, control, and maintenance of legal documents throughout the deal and due diligence process.
- Maintenance and review of property listings, including expiry dates and required documentation.
- Maintenance of records of correspondence for property listings and updating client reporting as required.
- Closely working with agents on various initiatives and special projects.
- Coordination of deal processing with agents and the Accounting Department.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, property tours, and travel plans.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or a diploma/degree relevant to real estate.
- Advanced knowledge and efficient use of business suite computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) experience is preferred.
- Independent thinking and self-starting initiative while working well in a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to handle flexibility in task management and have a keen eye for detail.
An estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
