Mortgage Sales Assistant

About the Role:
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, you will provide critical support to our Mortgage Specialists, enabling them to focus on sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to Mortgage Specialists in all areas of credit administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of work volumes.
- Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments, contributing to the success of the Mobile Mortgage Sales channel.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Superior computer/technology skills, with expertise in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from a customer as well as business-partner perspective.
