Dynamite Vape and Smoke is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
* Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial management
* Establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are optimal
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
